A highlight is the arrangement of the lounges, offices as well as meeting and event facilities around the sheltered and multifunctional Plaza Garden. Numerous entrances from offices, lounge zones and meeting rooms create a direct connection with the lush green outdoor areas and thus create a harmonious unit. The ultra-fast W-Lan service also includes the Plaza Garden and invites you to work in the open air during the warm season.
With the DGNB platinum certification, the building also has the highest green building standard. In addition to the comprehensive range of infrastructure at the location and in the building, hospitality and service are particularly important. In addition to the general lobby reception on the ground floor, there is a separate front office with concierge service for tenants and conference guests in the new Plaza Lobby on the 1st floor. Completion will take place at the end of September 2023. After the areas have been put into operation, 12 brand new office suites with units between 15 and 80 m2 will be available. The largest directly connected office unit is around 500 m2. Co-working & hot desking places can be booked on a daily or monthly basis. 10 meeting and conference rooms offer room settings for 2 to 160 people and, thanks to the 8-fold air exchange, with a particularly great room climate. Collaboration Rooms enable hybrid events with decentralized or global teams. The location is already very popular. The current utilization is around 90%. Full capacity is expected by the end of the year.
