Use of Google Analytics with anonymization function

We use Google Analytics on our site, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google". Google Analytics uses so-called "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and thereby enable an analysis of your use of the website.

The information generated by these cookies, for example the time, place and frequency of your website visit including your IP address, is transmitted to Google in the USA and stored there.

We use Google Analytics with an IP anonymization function on our website. In this case, your IP address is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area and thereby anonymized.

Google will use this information to evaluate your use of our site, to compile reports on website activity for us and to provide further services related to website usage and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties, insofar as this is required by law or insofar as third parties process this data on behalf of Google.

The recorded data is stored together with the randomly generated user ID, which enables the evaluation of pseudonymous user profiles. This user-related data is automatically deleted after 26 months. Other data remains stored in aggregated form indefinitely.

According to its own statements, Google will under no circumstances associate your IP address with other data from Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser software accordingly; however, we would like to point out that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of our website to their full extent.

Furthermore, Google offers a deactivation option for the most common browsers, which gives you more control over which data is collected and processed by Google. If you activate this option, no information about the website visit will be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, activation does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services we may use. Use of Google Remarketing

Our website uses the remarketing function of Google. This allows us to display personalized advertising on suitable advertising spaces on other websites. This is based on your individual user behavior or your personal interests that you have shown on our website.

Forms

Our website enables the direct submission of inquiries as well as the execution of bookings via forms. The transmitted contact and booking information is stored on servers in Austria and Switzerland for the purpose of providing the service. Service inquiries are also processed in CRM applications of our partners in the USA. Data processing takes place in accordance with the strict data protection regulations of the EU as well as the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. Our partners are subject exclusively to the European data protection regulations as well as the provisions of the GDPR or the provisions of the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework. Personal data will be deleted immediately upon request of a legitimate person, provided this is compatible with the statutory retention periods.
