The growing need to keep office space up to date and to adapt to the changing needs of users was already apparent during the pandemic. The unstable market environment with its various trouble spots has reinforced this development once again – especially with regard to scalability and flexibility. In the past three years, the needs of companies and employees in the working environment have changed fundamentally. Flexibility, collaboration and interaction as well as cultural aspects are of particular importance. Home office concepts and remote work regulations, in combination with return to office programs and the increasing fight for talent and specialists, lead to completely new requirements in terms of design and user experience.
Since the beginning of June, the ALBERT HALL location has been shining in new splendor. In the course of the center redesign with a new color concept and renewal of all surfaces, the changed user behavior was also taken into account. Among other things, spacious and comfortable collaboration areas in the form of inviting business lounges are now available. The roof terrace has been completely renovated and equipped with attractive outdoor furniture. New kitchen zones leave nothing to be desired and now offer more space for customer dishes and for cooling food and drinks. The prestigious event venue ALBERT HALL has also received a complete makeover. In addition to the refurbishment of the entire parquet floor, all the curtains and the entire technical control room were renewed. The exchange of the entire network technology including Wifi components ensures a high-performance Internet connection with maximum security.
Materials close to nature were used in the design in order to create an office environment with a feel-good factor. In addition, all sanitary units were renewed and the original terrazzo floor covering in the common areas was renovated.
The complete redesign of the EURO PLAZA Conference Center will also start in summer 2023.
