The growing need to keep office spaces up to date and adapt them to the changing needs of users  already became apparent during the pandemic. The unstable market environment with its various crises has reinforced this development once again – particularly regarding scalability and flexibility. Over the past three years, the needs of companies and employees regarding the work environment have simply fundamentally changed. Flexibility, collaboration, and interaction, as well as cultural aspects, play a particularly important role here. Home office concepts and remote work regulations, combined with return-to-office programs and the increasing competition for talent and skilled workers, lead to completely new demands on design and user experience.

Since the beginning of June, the ALBERT HALL location has therefore been shining in new splendor. As part of the center redesign featuring a new color concept and the renewal of all surfaces, the changed user behavior was also taken into account. From now on, spacious and cozy collaboration areas in the form of inviting business lounges, among other things, are available. Hybrid technologies facilitate collaboration in decentralized teams. The roof terrace has been completely renovated and equipped with appealing outdoor furniture. New kitchen zones leave nothing to be desired and now offer more space for customers' own tableware as well as for cooling food and beverages. The namesake grand hall ALBERT HALL has also undergone a complete overhaul. In addition to the renovation of the entire parquet flooring, all curtains and the technical control room were also replaced. The replacement of the network technology including Wi-Fi components continues to ensure high-performance internet connectivity at the highest level with maximum security.

Nature-inspired materials were used in the design to create an office environment with a feel-good factor. In addition, all wet rooms were renovated and the original terrazzo floor covering in the common areas was restored. Drop by, a visit is definitely worth it!
