The results of the 2021 tenant survey are now available and once again confirm the high level of tenant satisfaction. Over 95% of our tenants feel their needs are very well or well met by the range of services offered. Over 85% of survey participants are very likely to recommend YOUR OFFICE to a friend or business partner. 

The evaluation of employee friendliness and hospitality orientation also stands out in particular. 84.78%  gave the top rating (very satisfied) and 15.22% gave the second-best rating. The quality of services and the professionalism of the employees at YOUR OFFICE received a similar evaluation. From a holistic perspective, the quality of the real estate was rated with a 1 by almost 70% of survey participants and with a 2 by around 30%. 

Cleanliness, property management, and reception & front desk also received top marks. When asked about overall satisfaction with YOUR OFFICE, an average of 4.4 out of 5 possible stars was awarded. Due to the challenges caused by the pandemic, satisfaction with the coronavirus management at YOUR OFFICE was also surveyed this time. In this area, too, YOUR OFFICE received 4.4 out of 5 possible stars.
