The coffee beans are blended and roasted following the tradition of Trieste roasters. With its own roastery in Vienna, KANZI KAFFEE caters to every taste and has the best blend ready for every preparation method.

The varieties are roasted at the optimal temperature and for the required duration to unleash their full potential. While conventional industrial coffee is only roasted for about 2 minutes, roasting at KANZI KAFFEE takes between 15 and 20 minutes. This process practically completely breaks down the chlorogenic acid, making the coffee particularly easy to digest.

A special relationship is also maintained with the individual producers. The owners of the roastery personally oversee the origin of the coffee and know exactly under what conditions it is produced by the individual farmers. The producers are paid well above the world market price, ensuring fair compensation and enabling sustainable cultivation.
