Under the motto "Together.Sustainable.Business", YOUR OFFICE is dedicated to the resource-saving operation of its locations as well as the use of ecologically compatible operating materials. However, this is not about imposed obligations within the framework of the EU taxonomy or applicable ESG regulations. Rather, the idea of environmentally friendly business practices is part of our DNA, which is committed to the shared use of infrastructure and the required resources within the framework of the sharing economy business model.

Our focus on regional products and short supply chains makes a significant contribution to the future-oriented, domestic Green Office concept, as part of the "Austrian Working Spirit" of YOUR OFFICE. For YOUR OFFICE, the ecologically sustainable management of the flex office locations represents a social obligation and, thanks to the promotion of smart and efficient technologies, also offers long-term, clear cost advantages for tenants. For example, the nationwide conversion of all locations to LED lighting was initiated years ago. The last light fixtures were gradually replaced in 2024. Smart technologies for efficient ventilation, heating, and cooling of the office units have been standard at YOUR OFFICE in newly constructed office buildings (since 2000). The waste management concept is evaluated semi-annually and optimized based on local conditions and possibilities. Drinks have been served exclusively in recyclable glass bottles or from open containers for 25 years. Since 2024, plastic containers have been avoided for operating supplies & consumables. The procurement of consumables takes place – wherever possible – exclusively in packaging units with a low or particularly sparing proportion of packaging material.

For us, however, sustainability already begins with the selection of suitable properties for our locations. New projects are implemented exclusively in green- or blue-building certified commercial properties. After all, according to current studies by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP), buildings are responsible for nearly 30 percent of CO2 emissions through construction and use. A good reason to take a closer look when choosing a future office location. With the new flagship location LeopoldQuartier, "Green Lease" rental agreements are being offered for the first time. With this, YOUR OFFICE is setting new standards in the area of serviced & flex offices in Vienna.

Social responsibility is also a top priority at YOUR OFFICE. This includes not only compliance with local laws and regulations, but also the creation of an environment of cultural diversity and respectful interaction with one another. A key idea here is the promotion of every individual employee and the transfer of our jointly developed values to all employees and partners. After all, our responsibility does not end within our locations. To simplify cooperation with our external partners, YOUR OFFICE therefore also published a completely revised code of conduct and ethics in 2024, compliance with which is also mandatory for all suppliers and sub-service providers.

For maximum transparency, the first official sustainability report from YOUR OFFICE will also ensure that all interested stakeholders are provided with a comprehensive insight into all ESG measures of YOUR OFFICE, completely without legal obligation and thus exclusively on a voluntary basis. In addition, the report is intended to facilitate the information and documentation requirements of our reporting tenants and customers and to best satisfy the need for information in connection with the urgent questions surrounding the climatic framework conditions.
