As of recently, independent rental units of 100m² or more can be rented not only fully-, but also partially or unserviced, and services and access to shared space facilities can be booked in modules as required. These new hybrid areas are independent, self-contained rental units, ranging in size from 100m² to 800m². The rental conditions (without bookable service modules) are based on the market prices of the respective location, but also offer maximum flexibility with regard to the lease term and the scalability of the space at any time.
