Keeping office space up to date has never been more important than it is today. In the past year and a half, the needs of companies and employees in terms of the working environment have changed fundamentally. Flexibility, collaboration and interaction as well as cultural aspects are of particular importance.
The EURO PLAZA & PEAK VIENNA locations are shining in new splendor since the beginning of October. In the course of the center redesign with a new color concept and the replacement of all surfaces, the changed user behavior was also taken into account. From now on, there are, among other things, generous collaboration areas in the form of inviting business lounges.
In the design, natural materials such as wood and stone were used to create an office environment with a feel-good factor. In addition, all wet rooms were completely renewed and the flooring in the common areas and office units was replaced with a contemporary and hard-wearing carpet. In the next step, a complete redesign of the conference area is planned, which should also take into account the changed usage requirements and the increase in hybrid meetings and events.
A center redesign of the ALBERT HALL location is also planned for 2022.
